Jim Vaughan, New General Manager

We are very excited to announce the arrival of Jim Vaughan to the GCP team, in our newly created role as General Manager.  Jim joins us from Nomaco, where he was most recently the National Sales Manager of Construction Products.   

Over the last 22 years, Jim has worked with leading building products manufacturers to expand their market positions through distribution and OEM channels.  He has held various roles in sales, national accounts management, and National Sales & Marketing management with the Robert Bosch Corporation, Illinois Tool Works (ITW), and Nomaco organizations.   

Jim’s primary mission is directing the strategic growth objectives for Georgia Construction Products, enhancing our leadership position in Metro-Atlanta, and expanding our service positions outside Metro-Atlanta. 

Jim resides in Buford, GA with his wife Pam and children Jay & Jordan.  Both he & Pam are graduates of Gardner Webb University located in Boiling Springs, NC.  He is an avid fisherman and is always looking for a partner to chase stripers on Lake Lanier.
